Cancellation Policy

The Shingo Prize will gladly refund 100% of your registration fees up to 60 days before the first day of the event. Refunds made less than 60 days prior to the event will be subject to a $300.00 processing fee. No refunds will be made within 30 days of the event or for non-participation. No partial refunds will be made within 30 days of the event. Substitutions can be made up to the first day of the event. Substitutions for tours must be approved by the tour facility and the Shingo Prize office and must be made at least 14 days prior to the event, subject to availability. We will not be able to accommodate last minute tour registrations or changes.
