2010 Global Summit

Exhibitor Profile: Space is very limited this year. Exhibitors will be selected based on their relationship to The Shingo Prize mission to cultivate learning and sharing of best, and leading edge practices in the pursuit of operational excellence. Call or email to reserve your spot today.

What’s included: Exhibit spaces are $3500 for an 8 x 10 space and there is a discount for the second and subsequent space(s) booked. Each booth space Includes 8' draped backwall and 3' draped sides, 6 foot draped table, 2 chairs, wastebasket and ID sign. Each exhibitor receives a listing in the show program with logo and short description. Exhibitors receive one complimentary registration for the Shingo Prize conference, May 19-20. Not included: Pre-conference workshops, tours, seminars, fireside chats, Awards gala, available at additional charge.

Full page or half page ads in the show program are available for an additional fee on a first come, first served basis. Exhibitors are given first consideration (over non-exhibitors) and receive a lower rate for ad space. Handouts: Exhibitors should provide a listing, including a sample, photograph or electronic file of any materials to be distributed at the event. The Shingo Prize reserves the right to deny distribution of material not previously approved, at its sole discretion.

 

Set up: Tuesday May 18 
Opening Social: Tuesday evening - in the exhibit hall
Take down: Thursday, May 20

New: Exhibitors have first option of nominating a Shingo Prize recipient organization at a "Best Practice" showcase/poster session. Only a limited number of Best Practice showcases will be featured. Call Joy Brisighella for more information or to nominate an organization for a Best Practice showcase. Space is limited.

Payment: You will be invoiced at the time your application is approved. Exhibit booth spaces may be booked with a deposit of 50% but must be paid in full by 90 days prior to the event.
 
Exhibitor Cancellation Policy: You may cancel without penalty if written cancellation requests are received up to and including 90 days prior to May 17, 2010, the official start of the event. Due to financial obligations incurred by The Shingo Prize, a credit less 50% of the registration fee will be issued for written requests received up to and including 60 days prior to the start of the conference. No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 60 days prior to the start of the event.
